"This well-decorated and spacious house was as advertised but still lacked some basics. There were many remotes but it was difficult to figure out how to turn on lighting fixtures (imo there should be more, easily-operable lamps). Basic hygienic details such as wiping the table, bathroom mirror, or under the toilet lid was obviously skipped. There were no full length mirrors. There is cosmetic damage throughout the property that could escalate to present a danger, such as dampness in the basement...

"This was such a beautiful spot! It was in a very safe neighborhood, and close to shopping and dining. Erica was a pleasure to work with. This property was perfect place for my son to spend time with his daughter. It was very cozy and gorgeously appointed. We loved watching movies in the finished basement and can only imagine how nice the spring and summer would be on her balcony. This had the BEST parking options we've ever had. We were able to park right outside the basement in a DESIGNATED...

"The house is incredibly spacious and smells amazing throughout. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, making it perfect for cooking or gathering. The backyard is beautifully maintained and offers a great space to relax. The host has thoughtfully provided everything you might need, and their responsiveness made the entire experience seamless. "I spent one night at this lovely home on the river with my husband, and wow, the views!! We visited in January, so much of the river was frozen, and it was fascinating watching the ice break up and flow. Everything was clean and comfortable. We hope to come again with our daughters!"

"This place is set up perfectly for a party/overnight with games, a pool table, tvs in each room, drinking glasses, and dimmable lights. Host was very communicative and friendly! The neighborhood was quiet, with a little street noise at night. Only drawback is it’s in an area of the city that isn’t super convenient to the main network of public transit, but there is parking on site which is hard to come by."

"Only issue we had, was a room door that didn't close tightly. This was do to the ongoing remodel I believe. And it still locked and closed. Just had a lot of movement once closed. Everything else was great and we had no other issues at all. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful."
