"Lovely room in a great location. The host was perfect and sorted an issue we had right away with great communication. Only issue we had was that the corridor was quite noisy so we could hear other guests check out quite early one morning. I’d still recommend this place despite this. "

"The hostess at this hotel was the best! She was so helpful and kind. The room was quaint and had a wood ceiling and wood beam, which gave it lots of character. We had a private bathroom that was down 5 steps which was a little tricky to use. It was an older bathroom and had a few small issues. The hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the train station which made it really convenient for dropping off our luggage before exploring Florence. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast for us."

"The property is a very nice 11Century building and is maintained impeccably BUT all should know the bathrooms are small, so small the shower head hangs from the ceiling and the drain is in the middle of the floor beneath it. There is a room that has no personal bath it is down the hall but has a regular shower"

"I loved the location of this property. The host was helpful and always responded back to me quickly in WhatsApp. The only negative is that the room is on the 2nd floor and the window faces what I believe is a dumpster area. This makes for very loud mornings when trash is being collected. Bring ear plugs. The tickets for breakfast for the cutest little shop around the corner. Very nice!"
