"The location is very isolated from population centers, very high in the hills. You are very close to nature and yet with excellent amenities to enjoy. Hospitality is lacking in that absolutely nothing is included in your room except towels and scant utilities to cook. No wine glasses in Tuscany! Internet is inconsistent. Expect the bare minimum services."

"If you're looking for a ritzy hotel In the middle of the city, this is not your place. This unique property is a working olive orchard in a quiet peaceful countryside setting. "It was a modern hotel, recently refurbished with lovely staff. The room was spacious and clean. We were not a fan of the no in-room amenities approach. The galley options with free tea and coffee were fine but it was inconvenient and there was not much selection. "
