"Check-in was great. Staff was extremely friendly! Helped to make sure our rooms were near each other. The bowling alley was awesome and accommodated us nicely! Indoor pool was very fun. We had a loft room—this was perfect to have the kids upstairs and my husband and I downstairs. Each staff member was so, so friendly. This goes a long way for sure! "

We hoped to check in early as we were attending a wedding - but were told they were short-staffed, so no early check-in; they would leave a key at the front desk. "There was no-one around at Check-in and check-out and any other time in-between. The pool was green and spa not working and main building locked and empty. Our room keys were left in a basket at the front door. There was wi-fi but no password and therefore no wi-fi. The published numbers did not answer. The rooms seemed clean enough but it was a ghost town! I am surprised that this was still listed on hotels.com!"
