" Everthing about the hotel was great. We only had a couple of small gripes. We found our bed a bit hard, though my brother in law in another room found theirs soft. So my wife didn't sleep well, I didn't think I was going to get much sleep either due to the matteress, but, I had a great sleep.We thought being on the front of the hotel was going to be noisy due to the traffic, but it was really quiet. "Easy access from station a short walk away. There is major building work going on opposite until next year , althoughh being at the back did not affect me. Works outside with pavement closed and scaffolding made it very difficult for pedestrian access especailly with cases , Although this is no fault of the hotel. My only complaint is that the was an arguamnt outside our room and then a male banging on a door so hard it appeared he was trying to kick it in. I called reception from my mobile and...

"Lovely hotel and bar but not without issues. There is very limited parking. We arrived 2 hours prior to check in and the parking was full - plus they ask £15 per night for guests. Breakfast was excellent, the rooms are small but well equipped. The lifts are a law to themselves - overall it was a nice stay but don’t expect to park your car here "
