"Lovely hotel. Close to harrogate centre. Lovely bar area, recently refurbished . The new Amber restaurant was amazing. Rooms a bit dated and tatty. Have not been decorated in years ( I stayed here in 2018 and still the same decor. Bed comfy and big rooms. "

"Only a 1 night business trip, so no time to make full use of the facilities. The staff however were excellent, especially Robin who was on reception when I arrived late in the evening to check in. My reservation had not been properly added to the system and so she was unable to check me in.
