"A lovely place! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a tasteful decor and pleasant ambience. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Close to the station and just a short walk from the town centre, the location could hardly be better. Highly recommended on all points!"

"I've stopped at Lilleshall a couple of times now, both times in block K accomodation, which are decent enough rooms, the restarant in the old hall always has some nice food being served, although the restaurant is not huge, so book early to avoid disappointment."

"The staff were all very helpful and the bed was comfortable. I had an issue with logging onto the hotel wifi that I was unable to solve even with the help of the staff. Never got it resolved and the wifi was working fine so where the issue was was a mystery. My phone said it was connected but nothing worked. No real biggie for me and I would happily stay again if in the area. Breakfast also was very nice."

"The stay was as usual excellent . The only unfortunate issue, which was not the hotels fault, was a couple of rather loud and obnoxious people in the bar (who were not guests) that were verbally abusive to staff , using unfortunate language. This will not colour my opinion of the hotel and staff who are wonderful. Thank you for a lovely stay and a special mention to Joseph in the bar who looked after us all evening."

"I’ve stay at this hotel when it had the previous owners. Even know it’s in a middle of having a refurbishment the hotel was extremely clean and tidy, only one problem was the pillows being extremely thin. It was a really nice touch to have a kettle in the room but maybe have spoons instead of wooden sticks. But apart from that it’s all coming along nicely, i definitely prefer the key card instead of an actual key. Me and my partner will be back!"
