"Stayed here for the NCAA National Championship. Great location, easy to get to and easy to get downtown and out. We rented a car versus relying on Lyft which can be a nightmare after a major sporting event. Host was super responsive and easy to work with. The house is depicted correctly. Three floors with lots of room. "

"We came to Atlanta for the Aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum and I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay. I came across this home and it was exactly how the listing stated it was. Quiet Neighborhood, Very clean inside, Nice and Modern. Only issue we had was short on linens but for 3 nights that was fine as well and not a big deal. "This space was perfect for my sibling reunion. Great space with enough parking, close to the airport, and all the amenities of downtown Atlanta."

"This property was nicely appointed and quite comfortable. There was plenty of room for our party of 6. The ceiling in the basement is a little low so be mindful of that if you're tall. Other than that, this was a great stay."

"This was an amazing location to downtown Atlanta and all the attractions we wanted to visit during our stay. Not to mention Samantha was a great host with excellent communication. The property was very safe, neat, and secure. It was a family vacation and I felt very comfortable with my family being in the neighborhood as well. Highly recommended!"

"The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. "

"The home is lovely when you walk in the door. It is small with an unusual layout but the owners made very good use of the space. Bedrooms are comfy. Nice den to watch tv, good kitchen, love the chill room full of pillows where you can just relax. There's also a deck out back. The outdoor furniture needed a good cleaning, but we were there really early in the spring so they probably hadn't gotten around ot cleaning yet. Driveway is extremely narrow and in rough shape. Not the best...

"Was a really great place for an even better price…host was easy to communicate with "

"Excellent experience. House was immaculately clean on check in, better than any other short term rental I’ve seen. Also it was amazing to have 5 bedrooms, each with king beds and private baths. Check in was smooth. No issues. Only note for future guests- the patterned floors were a bit difficult to adjust to. The first day everyone had to watch the floor as they walked because the dark spots would make you feel like you were stepping in a hole. Other than that, please was great."

"Loved this little house. The neighborhood was so quiet and it was easy to find. Beds were comfortable, water was hot (shower) and we enjoyed the ping pong table. Would love to stay here again if we are ever back in Atlanta. So much nicer than a hotel. Andy was great to check in and see how we were doing and if anything needed attention. Thankfully we had a perfect stay. "
