"This property not too far from downtown Decatur is delightful. You've got plenty of privacy in a very Zen-like setting. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the whole house is full of natural light. The living area is cozy and comfortable for two people, and the bathroom has a Japanese style soaking tub. The loft sleeping area was fine for me--a 5'4" woman, but it might be a little tight for a tall man."

"Great location. The property does have a rental unit in the basement and it is a shared driveway. Clean environment in a quiet neighborhood. "

"Have been using VRBO for the past 6 years. First poor experience I’ve had. Rented for a work / personal trip, the property owner was virtually impossible to get in touch with and there was a tenant in the connecting property that was unaware there was a guest coming in and seemed unfriendly / wary of anyone else being on the property. Needed internet access to work, and there was no internet / WiFi - again the VRBO owner was completely unreachable and never responded."

"We were in town for an engagement party in Historic Roswell. This property is very convenient to the little downtown. The property was very accommodating with little welcoming touches that we really appreciated. I needed to speak to the owners a couple of times and they were very responsive. I would definitely stay there again!"

"This was out and out fraud. The listing claimed to be a hotel and was not. It was a seedy apartment with one of the bedrooms bolted shut. "

"We had a great stay at this property. This was an excellent location. Walking distance to Piedmont park and other attractions. Unit was clean and as described. The host was responsive to questions. Private parking was a huge pro as well. "

"Nice spot to get away, still had all major shopping areas available. Only issue was no water pressure in the kitchen. But overall nice clean and well kept place."

"This was the best property we have stayed at. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Hosts were available for tour. Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back and staying here."

"My sister and I stayed for 3 nights and had an excellent visit. The beds were comfortable, plenty of extra blankets for the unusual cold snap, and the space was clean and comfortable. Mamta was easy to communicate with, and we enjoyed watching the birds at the feeder each morning. "

"What a delightful place to stay while visiting my son and daughter-in-law for a few day. The location is perfect as it was quaint and in a very safe location. I was worried I might be nervous staying alone, but that was not the case.The carriage house gave me plenty of privacy and was stocked with everything I needed, especially the need for coffee!!! The place was spacious and had a full kitchen for cooking. The bed was so comfy. I definitely would stay here again. If you book this place...
