"The stay was great. All beds sleep wonderful and everything that was needed in the house to make it as home was there. The only thing that was a little inconvenience was parking in the driveway but it was manageable. "

Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. "

"Excellent experience. House was immaculately clean on check in, better than any other short term rental I’ve seen. Also it was amazing to have 5 bedrooms, each with king beds and private baths. Check in was smooth. No issues. Only note for future guests- the patterned floors were a bit difficult to adjust to. The first day everyone had to watch the floor as they walked because the dark spots would make you feel like you were stepping in a hole. Other than that, please was great."
