"It’s a decommissioned cruise ship, so its a fun and unique place to stay. The location is not good due it being located on a mile long peninsula. Staff was helpful and friendly enough with the exception of the bar staff during the day. We waited at a bar side table 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged, so we went and sat at the bar and left after 10 minutes since it was apparent we were not getting served. "Stayed in a higher level room with a view of the canal. Happy with the room and the hotel is very near to the centre of Rotterdam and public transport (trams, trains, buses). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is relatively simple and the same every day, but there's something for everyone. The restaurant is very nice and does evening meals, though we only ate breakfast there. I would happily stay at the H2Otel again."
