"It was uniquely terrible. Access was beyond terrible. No vehicular access and a long long steep uphill path of steps and rough concrete. Impossible for anybody with the slightest walking issues. The house is situated in a building site. The garden is a total mess. The pool is unkept. The free public parking is a plain fabrication. The room shower is rough concrete. "This property is absolutely beautiful. I was there for three days. The Management and Staff are amazing. I’m really enjoyed my stay will definitely book this place again. 25 minutes away from Nobu restaurants. In a taxi peaceful and quiet and the spa was amazing too on site and also has a Jacuzzi property really beautiful with decor and the Sun and the Chef repairing food lunchtime and dinner and reasonably priced respect to all staff. "

"L'endroit est fantastique. Les hôtes sont chaleureux et tellement attentionnés. La vue est spectaculaire. Nous avions deux galeries pour profiter de l'extérieur. Le lit est propre, très grand et confortable. Nous avons bien mangé. L'ambiance du souper, avec le feu de bois et les chandelles, est très féérique. Les déjeuners sont complets. "Service was excellent, the hosts were very kindly and the place is very quiet. We ate a vegeterian tanjin for dinner, which was very good. Higly recommend this dish. The hotel is souranded with olive trees and mountains. We had fire in the wood oven in our room, which was very cozy. "

"We loved the idea of staying in the mountains however, the property did not mention vital information like; there is no transport facilities at all, you have to hire a taxi through their tour company which charges 80€ each way to airport/Marrakesh. "I don’t know where to start. Simply, if you’re in Marrakesh and you need an escape, this is the place. This family run hotel, is more than a hotel, it feels like they’ve welcomed you into their beautiful grand home. From the taxi from the airport, which the can provide, I was greeted by the amazing family. Every day they were ready to make my stay extra special, even preparing breakfast when I was travelling into the city. Don’t be afraid by being outside of the city, it’s a welcome break and they can provide you perfect transport. The fresh food was also a highlight. When I’m back in Marrakesh this is where I will choose to go and so should you. Thank you to the whole team."

"Overall, the property is beautiful. The architecture and decor is lovely and I presume authentic to Morocco. The food was fine (really enjoyed the tagine). There needs to be some repair and maintenance done but for what we paid, I have no complaints. The owner was accommodating when we asked to switch rooms. He moved us to a bigger, better room. As it was my birthday, Karim (the concierge) arranged with his boss to decorate the room and supplied a cake too. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are the best aspect of our stay here! Attentive, friendly, accommodating and deserve 5* and more. If you are travelling here, it would be advisable to use your own transport or budget for taxis in and out of the area. It is quite isolated."
