"L'endroit est fantastique. Les hôtes sont chaleureux et tellement attentionnés. La vue est spectaculaire. Nous avions deux galeries pour profiter de l'extérieur. Le lit est propre, très grand et confortable. Nous avons bien mangé. L'ambiance du souper, avec le feu de bois et les chandelles, est très féérique. Les déjeuners sont complets. Le seul petit soucis était que la douche avait du mal à s'égoutter. Nous avons été si charmés que souhaitons y retourner. bientôt. "

"It was uniquely terrible. Access was beyond terrible. No vehicular access and a long long steep uphill path of steps and rough concrete. Impossible for anybody with the slightest walking issues. The house is situated in a building site. The garden is a total mess. The pool is unkept. The free public parking is a plain fabrication. The room shower is rough concrete. "We loved the idea of staying in the mountains however, the property did not mention vital information like; there is no transport facilities at all, you have to hire a taxi through their tour company which charges 80€ each way to airport/Marrakesh. Also, we were told by Expedia that we’d have shared bathroom with another room however, there is 3 other rooms and whilst we were there, there was at least another 6 guests. "The “riad” is located on the outskirts of Marrakech, so it’s really quiet and calming. The property is beautiful. A great place to relax and enjoy the serenity after spending a day in the hustle and bustle. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is wonderful. Will definitely stay again. "

"We had a fantastic four day stay, the hotel is quite and very peacful. There were excursion to do if you wanted but nothing was pushed on to you, the food was delicious. I found the whole place and people truly wonderful."

"Overall, the property is beautiful. The architecture and decor is lovely and I presume authentic to Morocco. The food was fine (really enjoyed the tagine). There needs to be some repair and maintenance done but for what we paid, I have no complaints. The owner was accommodating when we asked to switch rooms. He moved us to a bigger, better room. As it was my birthday, Karim (the concierge) arranged with his boss to decorate the room and supplied a cake too. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are the best aspect of our stay here! Attentive, friendly, accommodating and deserve 5* and more. If you are travelling here, it would be advisable to use your own transport or budget for taxis in and out of the area. It is quite isolated."

Relaxing stay in Moroccan countryside

"Nice place, very relaxing, idyllic location, next to the river. We were there in low season, so regretfully the restaurant and swimming pool were closed and there wasn't much to do, but the hotel is lovely and run by very nice people. Rooms are adequate and clean, could do with some basic coffee making equipment and the hot water situation for the shower was not always clear, but otherwise we had a nice stay"

"Beautiful room and pool. Easy walk to lake and village. Staff very friendly and willing to help but we would have appreciated some details in the room about organisational issues eg that water would not be replaced in the room but was readily available at the bar. Would definitely recommend hotel for a quiet, restful break."
