"It was uniquely terrible. Access was beyond terrible. No vehicular access and a long long steep uphill path of steps and rough concrete. Impossible for anybody with the slightest walking issues. The house is situated in a building site. The garden is a total mess. The pool is unkept. The free public parking is a plain fabrication. The room shower is rough concrete. "This property is absolutely beautiful. I was there for three days. The Management and Staff are amazing. I’m really enjoyed my stay will definitely book this place again. 25 minutes away from Nobu restaurants. In a taxi peaceful and quiet and the spa was amazing too on site and also has a Jacuzzi property really beautiful with decor and the Sun and the Chef repairing food lunchtime and dinner and reasonably priced respect to all staff. "We loved the idea of staying in the mountains however, the property did not mention vital information like; there is no transport facilities at all, you have to hire a taxi through their tour company which charges 80€ each way to airport/Marrakesh. Also, we were told by Expedia that we’d have shared bathroom with another room however, there is 3 other rooms and whilst we were there, there was at least another 6 guests. "We had a great week at Palais Ambrine. 10 adults, 2 children. Room for a lot more. Accommodation and equipment good, outside quite spectacular. Most important was the attitude, efficiency and friendliness of the staff. We aren’t used to having people cook and look after us, and were a bit apprehensive. We needn’t have been. The food they prepared was fine fot us, and they adjusted to make sure that even a couple of fussy - plain, plain British - eaters were happy. Nothing too much trouble....
