"Overall, the property is beautiful. The architecture and decor is lovely and I presume authentic to Morocco. The food was fine (really enjoyed the tagine). There needs to be some repair and maintenance done but for what we paid, I have no complaints. The owner was accommodating when we asked to switch rooms. He moved us to a bigger, better room. As it was my birthday, Karim (the concierge) arranged with his boss to decorate the room and supplied a cake too. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are the best aspect of our stay here! Attentive, friendly, accommodating and deserve 5* and more. If you are travelling here, it would be advisable to use your own transport or budget for taxis in and out of the area. It is quite isolated."

Nothing was too much trouble from transport to the centre, breakfast every morning, food by the pool etc. The property and grounds are stunning; we had a tour with the owner and every corner was handcrafted to perfection.
