"Only stayed here overnight, but everything was satisfactory. Everything is provided and there were even snacks. The hot tub was out of commission which was disappointing, but the host was accommodating when I brought it to attention. Enjoyable stay overall!"

"We rented watersedge for a family getaway. We had 14 people total including 5 children ranging from 8 weeks to 6 years old. The house was very nice, the kitchen was amazing for cooking large dinners and well stocked with dishes and utensils, the river was beautiful and the hot tub was a lot of fun in the snow. Brian was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We got close to 6” of snow while we were there and Brian was there to plow and clear the walkways quickly. We would definitely...

"My adult children and Husband stayed here for a celebration of my 50th birthday and a wedding in the area. We had fun seeing all the antiques the house holds as well as all the beautiful furniture and nice rooms. The bathrooms are spacious but require a close nit group as the master bathroom is a walkthrough with two doors. The TV room and kitchen are comfy. The beds are too! The living and dining rooms are elegant and the grounds pretty! Our host was great and his scones are really good!...

"We chose this horse due to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, ideal for a large group. We had 3 couples and one single adult (over age 80); what we didn’t realize was that with 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs- there are two full baths downstairs and two upstairs. Not a big deal, but that meant that for our group one bedroom had to use the downstairs bathroom. The family room has been updated with a new sofa and love seat.
