"We rented watersedge for a family getaway. We had 14 people total including 5 children ranging from 8 weeks to 6 years old. The house was very nice, the kitchen was amazing for cooking large dinners and well stocked with dishes and utensils, the river was beautiful and the hot tub was a lot of fun in the snow. Brian was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We got close to 6” of snow while we were there and Brian was there to plow and clear the walkways quickly. We would definitely...

"My adult children and Husband stayed here for a celebration of my 50th birthday and a wedding in the area. We had fun seeing all the antiques the house holds as well as all the beautiful furniture and nice rooms. The bathrooms are spacious but require a close nit group as the master bathroom is a walkthrough with two doors. The TV room and kitchen are comfy. The beds are too! The living and dining rooms are elegant and the grounds pretty! Our host was great and his scones are really good!...

"We chose this horse due to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, ideal for a large group. We had 3 couples and one single adult (over age 80); what we didn’t realize was that with 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs- there are two full baths downstairs and two upstairs. Not a big deal, but that meant that for our group one bedroom had to use the downstairs bathroom. The family room has been updated with a new sofa and love seat. "Our group of four colleagues stayed for a writing retreat and were "snowed in" for a day! Although we did not get to experience the flowers or gardens in the winter, we did appreciate the well decorated home and the easy access to our local homes when things with kids inevitability arose. Andy made sure the parking lot was cleared for us after it snowed. The kitchen was great for our prepared meals (we brought a crock pot) and lots of coffee while we worked. Overall a peaceful retreat!"

"This property was not only beautiful and well appointed but meticulously clean and well organized. It will not disappoint. We highly recommend. Our family ranged in age from 2 years old to 80. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper and amenities. I had difficulty in getting a response when using VRBO’s messaging. There was definitely delays. I also was not pleased with VRBO’s inability to present a statement of account ."
