"This rental was more spacious than expected. Very comfortable and clean. Loved the huge windows in the master bedroom which give a great view of the river. As noted in the property description, trains run immediately behind the building, so it was not a surprise to us. Just be aware you WILL hear and feel the trains passing by overnight. "

You can definitely hear some walking around and a little conversation, but coming from apartment living in Philly that didn’t bother us much and we were out for the majority of the day anyway. "The apartment itself was okay. It was definitely updated, however there is very little privacy with the bathroom. At first entry everything seemed fine. There was moldy coffee in the coffee maker, but they came to clean it. The communication with the cohost and evolve was absolutely horrific! We had a huge problem in the middle of the night that required police and fire to come out as a precaution. I was also asked to go into the basement to check out the strange beeping. There was no light...

"Beautiful Home on top of huge hill with a 270 degree panoramic view of rolling hills. Pool was amazing! Not a sounds around you but nature. Rental space was opulent and grand and felt like you were in the whole Mansion! Mr William and Ms Liz and family were over hospitable and even more kind! I’m keeping it short and sweet but definitely a place I recommend and will be staying at again in the future! "
