"Cute little apartment perfect for what we needed it for. My daughter (8 yrs) and I traveled in to Albany for the TSO concert and needed a place to stay. The apartment is so cute and very clean and comfy. If you aren't from the area, I could see perceptions of concerns about safety but my daughter and I walked to and from the arena and felt perfectly safe. Communications with Linda were great. Check in and out was easy peasy. We will look to book again if we return to Albany. "

Beds were comfy and we even got a new couch delivered when we walked in the door. :) We loved staying in a historical building too! A sheet with an explanation would be helpful as it was very cold when we arrived. No remote for the tv. Lack of response from the property manager. I messaged several times over a few days with zero response. I finally called the owner who was super nice and apologetic. She explained the heat and issued our parking permit. "

"We had an excellent stay at Jiminy peak during the Fright nights. The mountain coaster was a blast and we loved riding the gondola up to the top of the mountain to see the leaves! We will be back next year. Our only small complaint was that our room was right next to the line for the ticket booth and the teenagers were pretty loud into the late night waiting to be spooked. It might be a good idea next year to plan for long lines of people and cone off the area to snake the line a bit better....
