"Excellent location for city centre, Hospiality tray had no bucuits, was not refilled. Room was not serviced despite speaking to staff. Hotel was dissapointing, especially as we had stayed before at the other Leonardo Grand in West Quay, Southampton which was excellent. Overall adaquate "

"We found the hotel to be friendly and well organised despite the fact that it was undergoing substantial refurbishment. We were particularly pleased that we could avail ourselves of free tea and coffee throughout our stay."

"The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."
