"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lucca, the host, Hans I believe, was a lovely man who made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious with all you need for your stay, just maybe needed a little more attention to topping up the hot drinks tray but that was remedied by getting them at breakfast time. The bed was very spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Breakfast offered a full range of beautiful fresh pastries, fruit, meat, cheese and eggs and cereals if desired accompanied by tea or coffee. The location was perfect, close enough to just stroll into the centre of Bruges but far enough out to be peaceful on the whole. The property has many beautiful features and is eclectic in its style but we liked that about it but also has such history. We had a wonderful stay in a wonderful city and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it."

"Liked the decor in the lobby, the location, the ambience, the breakfast selection, the room layout (4 people in one room), very comfortable, the shampoo, body wash etc (plenty of it), the lighting in the room, the usb ports for charging phones in the room and comfortable beds. Loved the old fashioned key system. Staff very pleasant and helpful. TV wasn't working in the room. Early morning noise above room 212, a lot of foot steps and movement across the floor. "
