First the person at check in was very nice and helpful We felt very well welcomed. The room was not like an ordinary hotel. It was like a house with 3 floors( 2 bedrooms). It was large, clean and 2 big bathroom. Perfect for a family or 2 couples. Breakfast was great and inclyded. Again the staff was great.

Bruges is beautiful
The hotel is relatively clean, the included breakfast is great, however if you have the misfortune to be assigned a room in the back, the stairs are a nightmare to climb with lugage and to top it of there was no light in the stairs, on the plus side you are walking distance to all the tourist attractions, restaurants, shops If you arrive or leave bruges by train there is a city free shuttle from the station to about half a block from the hotel

The perfect place to stay in Brugge! Walking distance to everything in the city and all the big sights. The staff is super sweet and helpful. You can enjoy the breakfast in the backdoor terrace or in a cute old dining room. The rooms are large, bright and clean. They have the old charming Brugge style but modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are quiet, especially considering that you are right in the middle of the city. Area with good restaurants, shops and right next to the centrum shuttle bus stop.

We checked in with 2 friends & were asked if we would prefer to stay in a small house rather than 2 rooms Yes we said! What a great choice it was not a small house but massive with beautiful old beams a little garden out of the back & a kitchen area. Fabulous place & so quiet on a night.

The property is very convenient to all tourist activities and restaurants. They serve an A plus breakfast included and the staff are extremely pleasant. We were placed in the oldest part of the hotel which is accessed by a very narrow set of ancient (evidently historic) stairs which is difficult with luggage. There are alot of newer rooms. If I were to book again I would request the new part of the hotel only. I saw those rooms and they were lovely. There is a free shuttle bus to the train station run by the city which is only a half block from the hotel. That is a real plus.
