"On arrival we were given an upgrade to a room in the main building which was a lovely surprise. Room was very comfortable and apart from a party downstairs on Wednesday also quiet. Staff were very friendly. Did not eat at the hotel as the menu lacked gluten free vegetarian options but did enjoy a wander around the beautiful grounds. Will definitely come again "

The only downside was the bathroom, although very clean it was small and had shower over bath, we did request a walk in shower at time of booking, both being in our 70’s not very easy to use Dining facilities were excellent, good choice on menu, food very good and staff very friendly and attentive"

"Great pub in a quaint village within Scarborough near to all North Bay attractions. The rooms are all different, fitted out and decorated to a high quality standard. The pub area has a great atmosphere along with the dining areas. Food is of a very high quality and great portion sizes"
