"This apartment was comfortable with excellent beds and a nicely stocked kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient with many coffee/bakery and restaurant options just steps away. Easy walk to Knightsbridge tube station and we had no issues getting taxis or Ubers within minutes. Easy walk to V&A and Natural History museums. The bathrooms both had surprisingly deep soaking bathtubs which were lovely. Would absolutely stay again. "

"I had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is extremely comfortable and clean. There is always someone available at the front desk if you need something. The apartment is stocked with all the essentials including bottles of water, tea, milk, and coffee which we greatly appreciated. Several reviewers mentioned they could hear the train. You could hear the underground train pass by every so often, but it didn’t bother us at all. It's actually a very quiet neighborhood. The Gloucester Tube station...

Wonderfully warm and helpful staff added a crib and brought tissues and toys for my grandchildren, who had colds. Flexible assistance with car to airport. "
