"The property is nice, the room smelled of stale cigarettes and the bathroom floors looked like they have never been mopped. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job at cleaning the bathrooms. The receptionist very friendly, the cleaning crew appear they are not happy with their job, bothme and my husband wished them happy new year, and good morning on the few days we were there, and they didn't reply or acknowledge us. RUDE!"
