"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"This property was very comfortable for our group of 9, with plenty of private bedrooms (each with it's own key), beds and bathrooms for all. A few of the bedrooms and the livingroom had TVs. The common living quarters were TIGHT for a group this size. While this did not bother us, there are many stairs to get to and from bedrooms, kitchen and livingroom. The kitchen is well equipped with practically everything you need to make meals for a big group. Overall décor is homey and pleasant, but...

"Good property with a 5-10 minute walk to the King's Cross train/underground. Also, plenty of bar and restaurant options including one right out the door to the right. The beds were good. A good place for my son and I."

"We had a family stay here for a wedding which was unfortunately postponed so we took the opportunity to have an evening out in the area. This property is stunning. Very clean with plenty of space in a lovely location not too far from shops, takeaways, busses and trains. The host is fantastic with communication and very friendly and providing helpful information. Overall was a very lovely stay and I would recommend "

"Our booking was cancelled when we were in front of the property with no communication from the host. No answer to text messages and calls directed to voicemail. Property located in dodgy London naibourhood, unsuitable for listing on a travel platform. Awful experience.Avoid at all cost."
