"I had to initiate the communication. Would not give address until 3 days before and finally gave entry information the morning we landed. All thru messenger - no other contact information. Told to contact 3 different people - very unorganized as to who did what. Advertised as 4 bedroom but upon arrival there were only three, said door to downstairs was locked & someone would be over. Basement is like a dungeon (not on pictures) and was freezing. When asked about heat, they replied it would...

"The perfect place to stay for a largish group in London. A 5 minute walk from the North Lambeth tube station it's ideally placed for access to public transport. The house itself is immaculate and well equipped."

"We had a family stay here for a wedding which was unfortunately postponed so we took the opportunity to have an evening out in the area. This property is stunning. Very clean with plenty of space in a lovely location not too far from shops, takeaways, busses and trains. "We spent the first part of our holiday in a spectacular hotel near St James Park - but everyone enjoyed staying here even more. Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood and a fantastic spot where you can imagine what living in London might be like - dreamy! The flat is well provisioned, and just as described - a perfect spot for our four adults, but children would have been easy here too. We hope to stay again next time we're in town. "

"Our booking was cancelled when we were in front of the property with no communication from the host. No answer to text messages and calls directed to voicemail. Property located in dodgy London naibourhood, unsuitable for listing on a travel platform. Awful experience.Avoid at all cost."

"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

"The house is in a great location and had a lot of room for 6 people. The beds were really good, it was clean and it had everything we needed. Anyone with mobility problems may have issues with the narrow steep stairs but it worked out ok for us. We had a great time and Jenny was a wonderful host. We really enjoyed the house and the area. "Wonderful place with very separate bedrooms and bathroom choices for a large adult and children group! We couldn’t get over the cutest of the place and the hot cocoa maker. The host was super responsive and we had a great family reunion at this location. "
