"We paid extra for a room with a window which is a little disappointing and frustrating as the view was of a construction site. There is a bar, restaurant space downstairs that overlooks the river. A nice place to have a chat or sip on a drink from the bar. The hotel room was clean albeit slightly old fashioned. Had a chandelier in the room. Very dramatic. Mini toiletries were provided. There was a desk and multiple sets of drawers for storage. I would recommend the stay as it was convenient for shops and restaurants. A short 10 minute walk away from multiple malls (Canada place, Cabot place, jubilee) in Canary Wharf. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s just 5 minutes drive from Bluewater Shopping Centre. The room was quite basic but had a hairdryer and kettle with tea and coffee. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again."

"Excellent stay, as soon as we walked in we were approached by a member of staff who took our dinner reservation. Then on check in again, excellent service and given an amazing room overlooking the river and towards Canary Wharf. We used the pool which was the only disappointment as it was very cold and not relaxing, that said, the jacuzzi pool was warm and the steam and sauna were great. The member of staff who greeted us at the spa area offered excellent service and informed us of the facilities we could use, she was so happy and we were very impressed with her. We had dinner in Market Brasserie which was excellent, service was excellent as was breakfast. We had a fantastic stay here with the only slight disappointment being the cold swimming pool but that did not spoil our stay. Really excellent service from all staff from check in to check out. Will definitely return. "
