Everything was perfect including the cleanliness of the room; the huge selection of fresh food was amazing; the entertainment in the Kosy bar; the reception team; all staff are so helpful. We would like to specifically thank Shaira on Reception. We were greeted with a big smile from her when we checked in. We were amazed that she remembered us from previous visits. She is always happy and smiling. Any enquiries we had she dealt with promptly and nothing is too much trouble for her. All the staff are a great asset but Shaira stood out. She's a Star. "Our check in was at 2245 and we were checked in with ease. Our room reflected the price. Air conditioning worked great. Cute little balcony. Shower pressure and temperature was good but the height of the shower head is only suitable for children but it’s detachable and worked good enough. Pool was great too but it was too cold to fully enjoy. One cockroach was found in the hallway. None in our room."
