"We enjoyed our two night stay overall. We were given a free upgrade as celebrating a special occasion (thank you) but this unfortunately backfired on us as we had a room on the 8th floor which had very loud pump and water running continuously throughout the night. In my opinion this must be a common complaint as it is very loud and disturbs your sleep. I would suggest getting an extra person in the bar as drinks took forever or forgotten after ordering. "Our third stay here and as good as previously. Although the bus station is so near and convenient the hotel is in a quiet location. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Room had everything we needed. Particularly liked the room lighting. Often hotels have bedroom lighting too dim to read by. Reception staff very helpful.. Will stay again."

"The flat is quite spacious. That was important for us with two toddlers. The interior has seen better days for sure. There is an Irish pub next to the building that was very loud due to long bingo and karaoke nights all over the week. Nonetheless, the communication and service was brilliant and appreciative.
