"Fantastic place, great accommodation, lovely rooms, nice food and drink. Location could not be better. Staff were wonderful, friendly and chatty. We will be coming back. The only improvement we can suggest is for the doors to rooms to have soft closing mechanisms as the doors constantly slam shut."

"Room was spacious, but lacking a couple of items to make the stay easier. Full length mirror would have been ideal, a dresser table with vanity mirror. The towels were somewhat thread bare and as for bath towels, on the small side, but the shower was good, plenty of power. Had to clean out the ceiling extractor fan as it was clogged up with built up dust (it won't work efficiently if blocked up!) A little attention to detail would not go a miss. St Ives "

"Our trip to this hotel was overall a pleasant experience, however a couple of items regarding this hotel need to be addressed. 1. The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. The shower needs updating as the tiles are dirty and the sealant needs replacement. 4. On the plus side, excellent food, courteous service from the staff, and good atmosphere. The room we were...

"Kind and lovely people, lovely chat and they really cared. Very much a spare room in the end of their house with a it’s own bathroom so very homely. Breakfast room was a breakfast room with lots of stuff and a cat (I loved the cat). It’s down a very rough and rocky track in the car. Basically it’s an authentic working farm with some lovely farmers who make a solid breakfast. I’d be back. If you are looking for a polished hotel experience this isn’t for you but for a real life nice people...
