Having a master bedroom upstairs for us and then the king bedroom and twin downstairs worked perfectly for us. Location in Cornwall allows access to everywhere"

"This is a beautiful property which is a perfect base to explore beaches and areas around padstow. The accommodation was very clean and contained everything needed for our stay. Beautiful views and outdoor area. Lovely touches such as milk in the fridge and tasty biscuits on arrival. Atlantic taxi company was very welcome for getting in and out of Padstow (avoiding busy parking). Rick Steins cornish arms pub is within walking distance. "The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. The park itself is nice and the properties there independently owned and operated - some looked lovely, we just got a poor...

"We had a great stay in this lovely lodge in a very peaceful location. Slight hiccup on arrival but this was quickly sorted and didn't spoil our stay at all. The lodge was ideally placed for many local beaches, walks and attractions. Stu was the perfect host and the kids are already asking when we can return! Simply the best holiday 😊"

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Lots of instruction from the owner on how to get in and maintain the property etc. Property is very spacious and well maintained and has a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner too. Maybe would have liked to see some basics supplied such as tea and long life milk. Also as a tall person i hit my head on light fittings a few times, as well as the angled walls. Overall an excellent property."
