"Great place to hang out, with access to the water, swimming and diving, no beach. Apartments are not luxurious, but have the basics. The beach restaurant is better than the rooftop by the pool. If you have a car, try out some of the many beaches along the west coast for day trips."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this villa and very much enjoyed ourselves. We got to see much of the island and it was wonderful to have a quiet place to retreat to. We took advantage of the resort for some delicious meals as well as having a full kitchen to work with for when we just wanted to eat in. The hosts were wonderful and the advanced information about how to use the various features were quite helpful. As other reviews have noted, opening up the house to a cross-breeze really helps...

"We had eight ladies staying at the house. Everyone loved it! The house was beautiful. The water in the pool was surprisingly cool and felt wonderful! We had 2 scuba divers on the trip and the rest were snorkelers. None of us felt comfortable attempting to swim out in front of the house due to the rocky coastline, even though we all wanted to try. The way the waves crashed into the jagged rocks, it would have been impossible not to get banged up while trying to get back out of the water. Aside...

"Loekie and Piet coordinated and tracked our flight arrival and were there to meet us at the property and provide a wonderful orientation - doing this even after our flight was six hours late. This orientation was so helpful there was no need to communicate or ask any questions during the stay. Loekie, knowing we were coming for a family Christmas gathering, even put up a Christmas tree and hung lights across the back patio. The property was beyond lovely - beautiful gardens, bird song all...

"We were in Curaçao for my husband’s birthday trip.There were 4 couples in total. The house is just as described. This was our 6th visit to the island, but the first staying in this area. The noise restrictions (10pm) and paying for electricity were new for us, but did not dampen the festivities. The house itself is great, other than a few broken utensils, no propane for the outside grill and a non working ceiling fan, everything was as expected. "

In a gated community with three restaurants. Friso the manager was very helpful. Close to all the great west side beaches. Multiple decks all with views of the ocean. Snorkeling equipment at the house for your use. Couldn't ask for a better place or setup. "
