I had an amazing experience here. The food across the board was delicious - definitely had options for everyone. The staff was the best Iā€™ve ever experienced at an all-inclusive. They were basically on the vacation with me lol. The resort itself is gorgeous and very accommodating. The only pitfall was that they didnā€™t have as many activities/entertainment as I would have liked. It may have been due to the clientele but otherwise, highly recommend.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about all the staff, the grounds, the food, the entertainment the rooms etc. The staff at Sandals are truly incredible. Every single member of the Sandals family at this resort was professional, pleasant, accommodating and welcoming. A huge shout out to the entertainment team. From the evening shows ā€œCarnivalā€ ā€œSensationalā€ to pool volleyball that team was flawless. They are all so friendly and fun. We will ALWAYS choose Sandals wherever we vacation. Beautiful pools, beaches and rooms. Truly a perfect vacation.

Wow!!! What an amazing hotel! Iā€™m not usually one for all-inclusives but this one was 10 stars!! The resort was clean and beautiful. The food was 5 Michelin stars and the staff was fantastic. I will say you probably need a better process for the hostess in the breakfast area. They work so hard, bussing tables, setting them and then sitting people and itā€™s off season . Maybe the wait staff need to bus their own tables. The check in process was easy, but checking out I received 3 phone calls from different people and 2 desk people to plan my checkout and it was a struggle. Each of them giving me different times. In the end it all worked out, just could have been a little smoother. Thank you Sandals I will definitely recommend this resort to others and may even try another one.

I was a bit underwhelmed with this property. The rooms and hotel property itself was very clean but also very hot in the shared spaces like the main lobby where they hold most late night events. Guests rely on the sea breeze for the most part and I found myself as well as other guests uncomfortable in the heat. Also, a key mention is the activities are geared towards an older demographic. There really isnā€™t much to do at the hotel aside of golf and the pool. The beach is rocky so youā€™re not allowed in but they do provide a little Bay Area so soak in. The restaurants are decent. The Greek restaurant was by far the best tasting. The coffee shops coffee is delicious. I would recommend this hotel for a short getaway for anyone who wants to read a book and relax.

Our stay was nice overall but did not come close to the luxury we expected. The staff was nice but customer service was slow and it was clear they were understaffed. Most often you had to track down a staff member in order to get a drink. The restaurants were okay but again there weren't as many options as I would have liked. We didn't feel like there was unlimited food options. The same goes for everything on the resort including hit or miss with the bartenders. The best part hands down was the entertainment. The singers and dancers put a lot of effort into engaging with us and they were great. The property itself was also very nice and walkable.

We started our sandals journey at Antigua and Greneda. This one was so bad I think Iā€™ll cancel my sandals membership, food was aweful, entertainment was lacking, really only 4 dinner restaurants and two required reservations so we couldnā€™t even eat at the place my wanted to for her birthday. Pool is pretty solid, staff is generally pretty helpful and nice but not someplace I would recommend or would return to.

This property was amazing! You canā€™t beat the views and amenities! However, the service is another story. While some of the staff was AMAZING a majority of the staff came off as cold and didnā€™t seem to care about the guests at all. We never got our bags delivered to our room upon checkin. We had to go look for them and they were literally sitting on a sidewalk unattended outside the resort. Club sandals staff seemed liked they didnā€™t know a lot of information about the resort and again didnā€™t come off as helpful and that we were bothering them. Food was really good! We especially loved Aolos! The chef Tyler was amazing and we loved Jasper! Zuka was our least favorite. Food was dry and didnā€™t have great flavor. Overall though we would recommend this resort and return!

The people at this property were great, food was great. I hate that Sandals says it's 'all inclusive'. I have never had an all inclusive experience here, things are extra like evening catamaran cruises. We booked one for $100 each and I ended up with food poisoning so was sick couldn't go and they wouldn't reimburse it. Beach was non-existent basically at this hotel. They also say all top shelf liquor but it's not they give you the bottom shelf stuff all the time, you have to watch them and ask for top shelf. The beer has an extreme after taste and is always warm. I'd stay at a couples resort ANY DAY over Sandals. This was our 3rd Sandals stay, we've been to Jamaica, Bahama's and then here. None have impressed me. I'd say the Jamaica one was probably the best.
