"Rooms not sound proof so you can hear the people next door talking which kept us up all night, don't know if this was because we were in an interconnecting room or not and all doors bang shut which isn't great when you're trying to enjoy a lie on. "

"We came to the hotel to celebrate a birthday and a wedding anniversary and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They put two pieces of cake in our bedroom and gave us a handwritten card saying congratulations. The area around the hotel is lovely, very walkable, and so easy to get to shows."

"If you are planning a Christmas trip, I promise you, this is where you want to stay! There was even a little Christmas tree in our beautiful room. Staff are so helpful and friendly. This was our second visit to this property and there was a bottle of champagne in our room when we checked in. Lovely place to stay, best location in London"
