"Room access was very difficult for my husband who has mobility issues. Next to time I will ask for a room with easier access. However, the view from our room was fabulous so access difficulties accepted. Staff tried to resolve this and were very helpful and supportive. "

"Walking distances to train and bus station. There is a bit of a walk up stairs with luggage. No elevator. The rooms are named after different places in area. The one downside is the dinning area needed reservations and stop food early. Luggage storage great. Communication prior to visit was amazing. Would stay there again and overall enjoyed visit. "

"Warmth welcome. Comfortable beds, warm shower, clean room, towels provided, refreshments in room such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits etc. Breakfast included, cerals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, fruit juice, tea/coffee and choices of cooked breakfast. "

"We booked this break on a whim, as it was my wife's birthday. I have to say it is an absolute gem of a place. We had booked a long weekend and from start to finish was sublime. The room was beautiful with amazing views of the bay. It was warm and comfortable, with a large bed and great facilities. The staff were always helpful and courteous regardless how busy they were. "Staff were polite and helpful. Room was very dated and very small, but clean and comfortable. However the loud music coming from the bar below our room went on until 11 pm so if you want a quiet restful place to stay DO NOT CONSIDER this location."
