"The staff were friendly and helpful. The waiter who served us dinner on the evening of 22nd March was particularly helpful and very professional. The room although a little dated was of a good size. The room was clean and the house keeping ensured the room was refreshed on the 22nd March. My only concern was that a significant number of boys, possibly there due to a football event were not supervised appropriately by the adults, who were obviously responsible for them. "We were not initially happy with our room as a lot of the light was blocked by the building. We spoke to Raj the manager at reception and he was extremely helpful and we couldn’t fault the customer service. He immediately offered us another room and in fact went above and beyond and offered a suite which was on the 3rd highest floor so view/light was not blocked. Overall, had a nice spacious room, decent breakfast and enjoyable stay. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here. This is a little 3 bed terraced house on a main road, there is a large green across the road and a co-op about 1 minutes walk away. It has a cosy little living room with smart TV and a kitchen with a dishwasher and there’s a little garden. There’s a downstairs toilet and upstairs shower room and parking is on the drive outside. The house is clean and just lovely. Will definitely be back. Thank you Mark. "
