"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Pentewan. The accommodation was very well presented and maintained, and was spotlessly clean. Thank you also for the delicious welcome scones. It's located in a lovely setting. A very short walk from Pentewan's little square, with two charming cafes (with more delicious scones!) and a village pub. And it's only a tad further to Pentewan's old quay and onward to the beach! The Eden project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and lots of other villages/towns...

"Beautiful, elegant hotel with lovely public rooms, ie bar, restaurant. My room had a great sea view. The wall paper was a little dated, but nothing to worry about. When I ran a bath the water was brown - I guess because of either old pipes or recycled rainwater? But it would have been good to have a note explaining it in the bathroom, so I felt reassured to take my bath (I didn't!). Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful on the whole. The views, the walks and the convenient sporting equipment...
