"We finished a week of vacation at this resort and we had a fantastic time. Staff is always friendly and eager to help. We were greeted immediately by Holly who showed us around and to our room. Her excitement for our vacation set everything off on the right foot! We were able to eat at a la carte every night (we booked 5) and they were all delicious. There are several buffets and they are all clean and there was a huge variety of food. The room service 24/7 was also a nice bonus. The spa was very nice and relaxing - thank you Shaday and Tearda for your time. You were great. Always a chair to sit by the pool or beach. The shows every night were great and the entertainment team makes it easy to meet people. Thank you for a great vacation."

"Before booking I read the reviews and was a bit hesitant. Let me tell you how my stay was amazing! I travelled with my hubby and 2 young kids (8 and 12). The staff were super helpful and accommodating( Benton was the best). Room was perfect for my small family. AC✅ kitchen✅ pool✅ Keep in mind that there aren’t a lot of options for food( you have to go out to buy) or cook your own as you have a full kitchen and pots and pans to use! Location is perfect ( in ochi) I walked to buy food sometimes. The resort is a little dated but for the value it’s more than worth it. My family and I will definitely book again. "After visiting resorts in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, we decided to try this one. At first, we weren’t sure about it—it’s smaller, not brand new, and only has one pool. However, after six days, we can confidently say this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The service was exceptional, and our nanny, Patrice, was amazing and incredibly helpful. The only downside for us was the main food dishes, but that’s because we’re picky eaters and only eat Kosher. That said, the desserts were absolutely delicious and a real highlight! The resort’s small size turned out to be a blessing, especially with three kids. It felt cozy, like home, and the layout was perfect—you could even see the kids’ play area from the restaurant, which gave us peace of mind knowing they were safe. Thank you for an amazing vacation! We’ll definitely be back! "
