"Check-in time is 4pm, at 4:25 Vacasa management called to tell me the check in is delayed to 6pm (this interfered with all our evening plans) and there's "nothing we can do about it." I requested a partial refund and to be notified ASAP when the property would be ready. Never received a call back or any communication from Vacasa regarding the issue.
