"We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and well-equipped home near Sugar Mountain. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were very comfortable. The living room was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax after a day out skiing. Parking was easy and convenient, and the owners were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. While the fireplace didn’t turn on, it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay here...

"I’ve stayed at Sugar Top before, and this unit had the best views so far!Check-in was a breeze at the front desk—much more convenient than having to pick up keys off-site, as I’ve had to in the past. "Check-in time is 4pm, at 4:25 Vacasa management called to tell me the check in is delayed to 6pm (this interfered with all our evening plans) and there's "nothing we can do about it." I requested a partial refund and to be notified ASAP when the property would be ready. Never received a call back or any communication from Vacasa regarding the issue.
