"This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents...

"This was an excellent place to stay. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and plenty of parking onsite. There's a lot to do nearby including several dining options. I would definitely come back here again "

"My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. Lastly, it is closer to many attractions around...

"I really enjoyed my stay here! everything was clean and nicely set up. the bedrooms were beautiful and so were the bathrooms, the neighbors were friendly and i was even able to host a small gathering for my birthday and it just overall made my visit a 10/10"

"This rental was as shown in the photos posted. Checking in/out was super easy. The owner was super helpful & responsive . Street parking was available right out front of this unit and free for the overnight ,which was fantastic. Fyi...Parking meters start running at 8am. There are always police officers around, so we felt safe. The Owner provided complimentary travel sized toiletries: toothpaste, Toothbrushes, mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, roll towels, garbage bags...

"A nice, simple stay. You do hear the train, but that's to be expected, but honestly it wasn't an issue. Communication was fantastic, the appliances worked, the heater was nice and toasty. Super easy check in and check out."

"We had a wonderful stay in Philadelphia! The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and well-stocked. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. The host was very responsive to my questions and even had laundry detergent delivered the night before I left so I could get some laundry done! So helpful and kind! "We had a great stay here over the holidays while in PA to see family. The space was comfortable and large. Parking was easy and Dave responded quickly to our questions and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. We did not really use the kitchen so can’t speak to the appliances but it was a good size and had what we needed. Super great but be on top of valet timing

"Wonderful experience. Front desk was friendly and helpful, Samir at the bar was our main man and his nails were fireeeee, and the room was clean and housekeeping was super friendly also. Only issue we had was valet was called and then after 20+ mins they texted saying there was no valet to get our car out - hostage situation. At that point we were already very late to our reso but talked to the guy standing near valet and they quickly got the car. Our friends were there for the reso on time so it was no biggie for us this time around. Other than that, everything was amazing .. will return. Thanks to you all!"
