"The woman who checked us in around 5-6pm on Friday was very friendly and accommodating! She was warm and inviting. There was an older woman at the front desk the next day who assisted us with a new key card. She saw we had our dog with us and said loudly to another young coworker that we were “not in an animal room” and “the room will need to be deeeep cleaned”. I feel like this could have been a private conversation. It seemed like she wanted us to feel bad. We did not pick the room and the hotel knew we had a dog prior to our check-in. We had a few other strange encounters with her throughout our stay—it felt like she did not want us there. Other than that, our stay was lovely. Palouse falls is about an hour away and the town of Ritzville is historic and idyllic. There are a few options for good food in walking distance of the hotel as well. "

"We showed up late at night. The manager was amazing with letting me know how to check in and get to our room after hours. The room was clean and inviting. We had a mishap where my lil man got sick in the middle of the night I let her know and offered to clean it up and she was more than willing to do it herself. She was amazing. The whole visit was easy and amazing. Would definitely stay again if ever traveling in the same area! "

"I needed a place to stay for a work trip and this cabin was delightful. Very clean, comfy bed, really well stocked kitchen, hosts were kind and communicative. The cabin was perfectly set up for me to work a little, relax, and cook on site. It truly is right on the lake and very peaceful. Heat and ceiling fan kept it comfortable with the variable weather during my stay. I would return! "
