The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and hotel were very well kept and decorated. Staff was very friendly. We didn’t get a chance to play in the casino but will definitely go back.

Nice facility, rooms were clean, bed comfortable. I can say NQ has way friendlier staff. Our first time at this facility, we had to drag out of staff how to even get to the elevators. The nicest employee we met was in the gift shop.

Spokane experienced a lot of black ice and they were not keeping up with the parking lot and my husband took a bad fall. Security was very helpful in stopping the bleeding from his arm and patching him up.

Great place to stay. Check in was quick and front staff were friendly. The room was great, bed was very comfortable and the shower was huge. I will definitely stay here again. I believe this property is quite new. If I understand it opened this summer 2024. If you eat at the restaurant expect great food and lots of it.

Great stay with excellent staff and service, great food and a fun place to stay and visit! Front desk staff were very welcoming and made us feel like family excited to come visit! They surprised us with a $25 room credit to use anywhere in the casino! Comfortable rooms, clean area, friendly happy staff! Looking forward to a future visit!
