I reached out to the property manager to see if they had a pin and to see if we could get an extra key and never received a response. I sat on the "couch" and the back fell off and the arms fell off immediately. When I tried to fix it I noticed an alarming amount of trash, food crumbs, and dirt under the couch. "

Enjoyed lounging in the living room at the end of the night and watching movies. Very close to a lot of amenities and Whitworth University (the purpose of our trip). "Easy access to the convention center as we were in town for WMEA. Communication was efficient and everything worked without a hitch in terms of access and the appliances in the unit. Apartment was clean and comfortable and warm - a welcome refuge from slopping through the snow and icy slush outside. Like others mentioned, there is still quite a bit of exterior noise outside on the street, even in January. But we would rent again. But also, the kitchen could use a spatula. :-)"
