Had a several hours to wander the neighborhood, which has so much to offer. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood with a mix of older homes and newer duplexes and fourplex units. The park located directly across the street is nice. I would have given an overall rating of 5 stars, but for the location. I didn't experience any issues, except for some loud "bump thumpy" music from surrounding cars/homes. "
