"Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open. "

"We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy as was check out. We left our bags for a couple of hours whilst we enjoyed our last day in Vienna. The room was clean and the kitchen area was well equipped with utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Salt,pepper, coffee pods and teabags. "Great Place to stay. Good location that few minutes walk from the Metro Station. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen equipped everything you need. The bathrooms are really nice with underfloor heating and rain shower head. The whole apartment is spacious and we really enjoy to stay there. "

We had to keep opening windows to cool the studio down. The shower was excellent, rain shower didn't work well but the other head was very powerful. Great bed, very clean, lots of room. No English tv channels, slippers or iron and hairdryer was awkward to use with holding handle down, but none of this particularly mattered to us because...

"I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again."

"This place was about as tacky a place I've ever stayed in. Wall paper and various facades for wall coverings were coming unpeeled, the flooring being uneven at each bedroom had everyone tripping left and right, the main bathroom smelled like sewage, and when I asked about help with WiFi that didn't work throughout our stay, the person at reception shrugged his shoulders and said, "sorry man." Great location but couldn't wait to leave this unit. "

"Fantastic location, close to centre (cathedral) but in a quiet courtyard. Really stylishly decorated, well equipped with lots of nice touches, comfy bed and brilliantly clean. Comms and self check in were perfect. The bathroom door is just glass, of which only 50% is frosted, just FYI for other guests!"

"The location is excellent. Walkable to the Museum Quarter and the state opera house as well as other attractions in the city centre. Train station with convenient service to the airport is also a short walk away. Overall the comfort is first rate but there is little provision for relaxing other than the dining table chairs and one chair in the bedroom. A very workable kitchen. A broken faucet mount was annoying but did not affect function. "

"Well located accommodation near Vienna Central station. Room has kitchenette which makes it easy to heat/cook food. This is a self service hotel/apartment that makes check in a breeze when you have done all the online requirements before arrival. Hotel staff is available at certain times and are helpful."

"Wonderful Brand new Hotel/apartments style with delicious breakfast. Perfect gym.. all super-clean! The staf is SUPER FRIENDLY!!! Everyone speaks a few languages, English -for sure!!! They have hotels in a differents parts of thecworld, will look for it in our next trip!!!! Greatful for your wonderful services!!!"

"Two adults and one teen boy, spent 3 nights at Leonardo . We chose this location as we were coming from Budapest and going to Prague. We selected the triple room, but the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable for my son. We asked for an extra blanket for cushion, but it never came.. king bed was large and comfortable. Location is great , we mostly walked everywhere!! Hotel is very clean , staff is nice and friendly. Room small but good enough for our needs as we were out all day. The only thing I found inconvenient is that there are NO hooks or shelves to hang anything, even to dry towels after shower. And .. NO door to the shower area which is all glass. So we had to do .. no peeking rule and not using the sink area while someone in the shower .. clean sheets , comfy pillows. Breakfast was a huge plus! Plenty of options, good fresh food and good coffee! Fruits , vegetables, eggs , cold cuts all were very tasty and the staff replenished very quickly. Busy hotel but served well our purposes, we enjoyed our visit!! "
