"The property was very spacious and modern. I specifically picked a property with plenty of space, so my family and I could spread out on the last days of our trip to pack our luggages. The elevator was small but quick. It was a nice surprise to find out that the master bathroom floor was heated. The property was walkable to and from Rathausplatz and other points of interest. "The property was newly furnished, very clean and modern. I would have preferred a property closer to the city centre"

"I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again."

"Easy to get into, great location for sightseeing and for Vienna pass bus stops. The only problem for us was the heating, centrally controlled, and much too hot. We had to keep opening windows to cool the studio down. The shower was excellent, rain shower didn't work well but the other head was very powerful. Great bed, very clean, lots of room. "Chose the hotel because we had an early morning flight. There were a lot of negatives unfortunately. There was a stink from the sewer through out as the common washroom was ajar. The same stink pervaded our room washroom also. The shower stall has no place for keeping our soap dish. There was no soap provided and the dispenser near the sink was empty. "Fantastic location, close to centre (cathedral) but in a quiet courtyard. Really stylishly decorated, well equipped with lots of nice touches, comfy bed and brilliantly clean. Comms and self check in were perfect. The bathroom door is just glass, of which only 50% is frosted, just FYI for other guests!"

"Very nice landlord, well connected to the inner city through tram line, decent restaurants in the area."

"The location is excellent. Walkable to the Museum Quarter and the state opera house as well as other attractions in the city centre. Train station with convenient service to the airport is also a short walk away. Overall the comfort is first rate but there is little provision for relaxing other than the dining table chairs and one chair in the bedroom. A very workable kitchen. A broken faucet mount was annoying but did not affect function. "
