"Tiana and Patrick the owners are so gracious and wonderful !!! The wedding cottage was decorated lovely , private . We had two grandmothers who loved the rocking chairs in the porch and our 9 year old loved playing in the stream on the property . Our cat and dog loved the space as well ! This truly is a Jewell ! We will return . "

"The main reason we booked this house is because we have family nearby and we always have a massive reunion for the 4th. However, once we arrived we were extremely impressed. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's beautiful! The dock with the kayaks and paddleboard were a huge hit with the teenagers! Property owner was extremely friendly and helpful if i could give 10 stars i would!! Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful vacation with easy lake access and...

"We spent the week of Thanksgiving in Sparta. Greg and Brandon were wonderful and very responsive. The WiFi went out on us the first day. It was a county wide issue and completely out of their control but they kept us updated. We had some issues with the hot water and Brandon handled it immediately! They actually had a plumber come out the night before Thanksgiving to install a new water heater! That was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend them to be your host at this...

"Overall the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Make sure to buy your groceries, drinks, and anything else you might need before you get there because the closest store is 20+ minutes away. The location is safe and quiet, kids will have some space outside to play. The only downside that I noticed is the amount of small rouches in the house. The owner added some traps but I do not think that is enough. Overall it was a positive experience. "

"This is a big house in a great location that just needs some TLC and a good cleaning. The owners were communicative until I mentioned how dirty the house was upon arrival and that we had cleaned it ourselves and washed the towels.
