"Colonels Mark and Beth are spectacular! Col. Mark went out of his way to make out stay enjoyable. The home itself is magnificent, adorned with beautiful antiques, tapestries and rugs. The breakfasts cooked by Colonel Beth were wonderful. I very highly recommend this bed and breakfast! (By the way both Mark and Beth are actual colonels from their military service!) However, I would not recommend our room, the "Jacuzzi room"; because the jacuzzi/ bathroom is not in the room. You need to walk out...

"It snowed the weekend we were there, but still enjoyed going down to the barn to spend time with the horses. They are amazing. Disappointed by the breakfast/meals that were included. We couldn't go far because of the snow, so we were limited and the meals were disappointing. Thank God they had snacks !!! "Upon our very late arrival, we were still eagerly greeted by who I believe to be the owner. He was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The room was efficient, clean and all we needed for a quick over night stay. The room was in a safe neighborhood. We did not have breakfast, as we left around 6:15 am. I have no complaints about our stay and it was worth the money that we paid. I would stay again for a short term visit."
