1. This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Jessica and the young lady that checked us in after 5pm at the front desk was excellent as the year before.
2. Jessica remembered us and she made sure that one of our family members resevation was cancelled by 4pm.
3. This hotel is in a perfect location around stores, food,..etc and the room had some updates. The breakfast was decent and cleanest.
4. But 2025 was not the year for this property we can deal with remodeling and improvements, but not the materials at the front of the hotel and inside.
5. The shower wall was coming away from the wall both ends.
6. The toilet seat rocked and set sideways, but they had maintenance come in and tighten the loose seat, but still loosened
7. We had to ask for the bathroom to be re-cleaned.
8. The internet was slow connection and the TV worked when it wanted too.
9. We discovered a bed bug, but if there is one there will be a million. Causi g us to depart earlier than we wanted
10. The property manager Neal or Neil was only willing to offer a 56 refund for the 1st set of the issues and with the bed bug he offered a night stay, we never got to speak with him as promised.
11. We recommended family members and friends to stay there and they had issues with the bathrooms and TV's.
12. Since this is the only one that was decently starred in the area
